We here at Craft Skin co offer our very best and provide you with exceptional service every time.

We do not provide refunds on clinic services. If you have any questions or concerns about your received  services please contact us within two days of your appointment.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

 We only replace/exchange products within 10 days of purchase if a reaction occurs and you are unable to use the product. Please email us to arrange a time to come in with the product so we can assess if it meets the criteria. We will also assess your skin to determine why the reaction has occurred. If it meets the criteria we will exchange your product for another that may be more suitable.
