We offer a free skin analysis and you can book this online. A free 15 minute skin analysis will help guide you onto your skin journey and we will  book you in for what is needed to help you achieve the best results.

On street parking is readily available. Please respect our neighbors by not parking across their driveways. If your appointment is at a busy time (after 5pm) We would recommend leaving a little extra time to find a park.

Craft is located inside Elite Hair salon – A beautiful old historic church.

When you arrive please check in at the front desk with the team from Elite and take a seat on the black couch, Katie will take you through when she is ready.

We require 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointment changes within 12 hours will incur a cancelation fee which will be added to your next service fee. We understand that sometimes this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances and that will be taken into consideration. Thankyou for understanding.

Yes, We appreciate you rescheduling your booking until you are well again. Please respect the health and safety of your beauty therapist. As you know we work within such close proximity of our clients.

We do not promote it, however we do understand that it is hard for some parents to arrange this. If they are off school sick please do not bring them into the clinic. If they are happy to sit on their ipads for a short appointment – 30 mins max that is okay. If they are a young busy toddler not able to sit still it is not advised that you bring them in for their own safety.
