Lactic peels are suitable for all skin types, especially those that are dehydrated or dry. This peel has little to no down time and it has three different strengths. Light flaking may occur. It is a gentle hydrating resurfacing treatment. Helping smooth the texture and refine the skins appearance.
Salicylic Acid Peel $120

Salicylic peels are suitable for problematic skin, excess oil and pigmentation and dull lifeless skin. Illuminates complexion, evens skin tone and smooths texture. With this peel you are likely to experience some mild to moderate flaking for some days afterwards.

An Antioxidant peel specially designed to even out the top layers of the skin and mildly exfoliates while potent antioxidants prevent free radical damage. Stimulates cellular turnover and protein synthesis and increases NMF (Natural moisturizing factor).

This Phyto Retinoid peel is a multi-action resurfacing treatment suitable for most skin types. Combining a retinoid-like response of Lana blue (algae), combined with the exfoliating and hydrating action of lactic acid to improve fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation, while niacinamide and Canadian Willowherb help to comfort the skin with hydration and antioxidant protection.

Advanced Power Peel
Our advanced Power Peel is a three step peel that contains a powerful blend of actives including Koji, Mandelic, Glycolic and Salicylic acids + Retinol and Emblica that work together to deliver improved skin texture, clarity and brighter skin. Note; mild to moderate shedding will occur for 7-14 days. Skin needs to be prepped for this advanced peel. 3 sessions are recommended, one treatment every 6 weeks.

Your questions answered.
Do the peels hurt or feel uncomfortable?
No, You do not feel much at all with the lactobotanical peels.
You will feel a warming sensation with the salicylic acid peels.
You may experience a sudden onset of sensation in step one of the power peel. this is a normal response and to be expected. It may include a prickly feeling, heat, or mild discomfort. This will dissipate quickly.
Will my skin actually peel?
Depending on which Peel we go for;
- Lactobotanical peels come in three different strengths with the lower percentage acid you will not peel you will have a nice glow immediately afterwards.
With the higher acid percentage you may experience light flaking. - Salicylic acid Peels you may experience moderate flaking for some days afterwards.
- Power peel you will experience moderate flaking and peeling for upto 10 days after your session.
Can I wear SPF after my Peel ?
Yes, We will apply a mineral SPF 30+ immediately after your treatment ( Please only use a physical SPF 30+ on your skin for 48 hours after your treatment) Ask us if your not sure.
No SPF can be applied after a salicylic peel. It is advised that you go directly home after this peel to assure that you get no sun exposure. It is important to wear a mineral SPF daily and reapply every 2 hours if you are outdoors. It is advised that you wear a hat to your appointment if you are undergoing a salicylic peel or a Power peel.
What will my skin look like straight after treatment?
Your skin after a lactobotanical peel will have a lovely glow to it, You can go back to your everyday activities.
Your skin after a salicylic acid peel may have diffused redness that can last a few hours.
Can I put makeup on after a peel?
It is advised that no further products be applied to the skin for at least 3 hours.
You can wear mineral only makeup if required. Please check with us which mineral makeup is suitable.
Can I get a Peel when I'm pregnant?
If you are pregnant or lactating the only peel you are able to have is the 20% Lactobotanical.
